SHIPPING POLICY
Evolved Ballistics, LLC ships in-stock inventory within 3 business days of paid order receipt. Pre-orders are shipped within 3 days of our processing inbound inventory and subsequent to full payment being received by Evolved Ballistics.
Our primary objective is getting you the correct item(s) in new undamaged condition. To achieve this objective we prepare shipments carefully rather than as fast as possible. We sell the finest products, handle them carefully, and pack and ship them accordingly.
All shipments are shipped insured. Once transferred to the shipping carrier, Carrier policies control the delivery, damage claim, delay and related matters. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with the Carrier and method they choose. Evolved Ballistics recommends U.P.S..
RETURNS POLICY
Evolved Ballistics, LLC wants customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Any products sold by Evolved Ballistics, LLC, except firearms or custom orders, may be returned within 30 days of purchase or shipping by Evolved Ballistics, LLC subject to the following conditions:
Customer must contact Evolved Ballistics, LLC and obtain a return authorization prior to shipping; Any item returned without authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; The product must be in the original manufacturer packaging and in new undamaged and unblemished condition; Any worn, damaged or used items will not be issued a refund or credit; Evolved Ballistics, LLC does not pay shipping on return items unless agreed to by Evolved Ballistics, LLC. After receipt and inspection by Evolved Ballistics, LLC, we will issue the appropriate credit for return, which will not include shipping costs.
Exceptions:
All sales on reloading supplies and ammunition are final. Due to safety reasons we cannot accept returns on brass, bullets, or loaded ammunition.
Firearms may not be returned. Most firearms sold by Evolved Ballistics are custom and configured for the customer. They are of course subject to the manufacturer warranty.
Evolved Ballistics LLC sells products it believes are the highest quality available and for their purpose.
Manufacturer warranties protect many products we sell. Evolved Ballistics, LLC makes no warranty regarding these products. Warranty claims should be directed to the appropriate manufacturer.
Pre-Orders/Back-Orders are orders placed with Evolved Ballistics, LLC for products normally stocked by Evolved Ballistics, LLC, before Evolved Ballistics, LLC, receives the merchandise. These orders may be cancelled at the customer’s option prior to being shipped by Evolved Ballistics, LLC. Any deposit paid to Evolved Ballistics, LLC will be refunded on cancelled Pre-Orders/Backorders. Once they are shipped, normal Returns Policy applies.
Custom Orders for merchandise not normally stocked by Evolved Ballistics, LLC or for firearms may not be cancelled. After the custom ordered merchandise is received by Evolved Ballistics, LLC and invoiced to the customer, If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance within 21 days of invoicing the customer forfeits the deposit at the option of Evolved Ballistics, LLC.
Training Deposits will be refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to scheduled training date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the training date, deposit is not refundable but may be credited toward a mutually agreeable future training course.
SERVICE FOR "100 YARD READY PACKAGE"
Evolved Ballistics wants every customer to be satisfied and every product to perform perfectly. Evolved Ballistics, LLC proves out and documents rifle performance under its’ 1000 Yard Ready service. If there is a question regarding the rifle configuration, Customer should call Evolved Ballistics to see if the issue can be addressed without shipping the rifle to Evolved Ballistics. Evolved Ballistics will re-verify the 1000-yard ready configuration at the customer’s request after telephone discussion. Note that if the customer uses different ammunition or modifies the rifle after Evolved Ballistics provides the 1000 Yard Ready service, Evolved Ballistics cannot be responsible for costs associated with re-doing the 1000 Yard Ready service. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the rifle.
